Wallet pass instead of a paper tag
Every check gets an Apple or Google Wallet pass with slot number and status, plus a guest page with a QR code. Returns are done by scan.
Check-in in the browser or the iOS app
Staff work on a full-screen page in the browser or in the Nighthub check-in app. The next free slot is assigned automatically, and a ticket, guest list or membership QR code links the guest.
Fee in cash, on the device, online or with the ticket
In cash, by card or TWINT on the device, online on the guest page, or as an add-on in the ticket shop (either optional or included automatically). The revenue shows up in the event settlement.
The guest is already known to your staff.
Guests arriving with a Nighthub ticket, a guest list entry or a membership hand in their coat with the same pass. If the guest already paid for the cloakroom when buying the ticket, the ticket pass reads "Cloakroom: incl.", and once the coat is taken the slot appears there.
