Weekly and monthly view with drag and drop. Areas such as bar, bouncer or cloakroom. Shift managers only see their area.
Mitarbeiter-Portal
Own domain possible (team.deinclub.ch). Login via email link, no password. Employees see their shifts, sign up for open shifts, clock in and out.
Digital personnel form
New employee? You send a link, it fills everything out, uploads the ID. You will receive a PDF with all data by email. ID images are not saved - only forwarded.
Personnel form via link instead of clipboard.
You send the new employee an invitation link. He fills in his details – address, AHV, bank, emergency contact – and uploads his ID. You will receive everything as a PDF by email. The ID images are deliberately not saved in the system, only forwarded (data protection).
