We build Nighthub the way we would use it ourselves. The money stays with you, the data stays with you. And we'll get you out of your old system free of charge. No one stands between you and your business.
You choose who collects your money.
Many ticketing providers have a fixed payment provider in the background. You sell, the provider collects, keeps fees, pays out.
With us you come with your own account. We integrate all common payment providers – you choose. The buyer pays directly to your provider. We are technically involved, but not financially.
What that means specifically
- →You negotiate your own terms and conditions with your payment provider
- →The buyer sees your name on the bank statement, not that of a seller
- →You retain full control over refunds and cancellations
- →If you want to change payment provider, you can do so without asking us
Money is there as soon as the buyer pays.
Classic ticketing providers collect buyers' money in a collective account. After the event ends - sometimes weeks - payments are made. Until then you cannot use it.
We don't have that. The money goes directly from the buyer to your payment provider and is available as soon as your provider releases it — usually 1-2 business days.

Who owns the customers?
With marketplace platforms, the relationship is reversed: the buyer is a customer of the platform, you are the organiser in the shop window. Buyers’ data remains primarily with the platform.
For us it's simple: you have contacts, so they are your customers. From the first click to the last newsletter.

When a guest buys a ticket from you, signs up for the guest list, takes part in a raffle and subscribes to the newsletter — those are four actions. For us this is one person with four actions.
All data sources — tickets, reservations, guest lists, raffles, newsletters, SMS, WhatsApp, time tracking, memberships — end up with the same customer base. With lifecycle stage, RFM analysis and automatic duplicate detection.
