How does billing work?
Nighthub is billed to your credit card as a monthly subscription. Transparent prices - no hidden costs and no dependencies on tickets sold or list entries. You can see subscription status, invoices and cancellation options in your profile.
Duration?
The minimum term is 3 months, after which it can be cancelled at any time. Certain functions are tied to an active subscription.
Can I add add-ons at any time?
Yes. You can activate and deactivate add-ons flexibly - billing takes place from the next billing period.
Who has the money of the ticket buyers?
You. We are not involved in the money flow. You connect your own account with the payment provider of your choice, the buyer pays you directly. We only get your monthly subscription - transparent costs, one-off and no commission.
Can I migrate from my old system?
Yes, free. We take over customers, tickets, lists, events and reservations from your old system for you. No matter whether CSV export or API connection.
