Data sovereignty & migration
Who has the money of the ticket buyers?
You. We are not involved in the money flow. You connect your own account with the payment provider of your choice, the buyer pays you directly. We only get your monthly subscription - transparent costs, one-off and no commission.
Can I migrate from my old system?
Yes, free. We take over customers, tickets, lists, events, reservations and newsletter lists from your existing system - whether CSV export, API connection or database dump. We do this for you.
Which payment providers are supported?
We integrate all common payment providers. You choose which one it should be and come with your own account. If you want to change provider, you can do so without asking us.
Prices & subscription
How does billing work?
Nighthub is billed to your credit card as a monthly subscription. Transparent prices - no hidden costs and no dependencies on tickets sold or list entries. You can see subscription status, invoices and cancellation options in your profile.
Is there a minimum term?
The minimum term is 3 months, after which it can be cancelled at any time. If you pay annually you save money compared to paying monthly.
Are there commissions on ticket sales?
No. You pay your monthly subscription at a fixed price - no fees per ticket, no fees per list entry, nothing else. You have your costs fully under control. The payment provider you choose has its own fees — these are directly between you and the provider.
Can I add add-ons at any time?
Yes. You can activate and deactivate add-ons flexibly - billing takes place from the next billing period.

Security & Hosting
Where is my data stored?
Server location is Zurich. Data is encrypted, data protection according to Swiss law (nDSG).
How secure are tickets and wallet passes?
The QR code is fraud-proof. Tickets and wallet links are protected, misuse when re-sending is automatically prevented. We also reliably detect fake QR codes or similar attempts at fraud.
How is data protection consent handled in the public form?
Public forms can be secured with data protection checkboxes and optional newsletter consent. Ticketing landing pages use simple anti-spam measures such as hidden fields against bots.
How does backup and restore work?
Daily backups with 30 day retention. Restoration possible at any time free of charge.
Features
Can I have multiple locations or brands in one account?
Yes. Multi-brand with its own configuration per location — logo, colours, email sender separated. Employees only see their clients. Central evaluation for everyone.
Does the scanner work without internet?
Yes. The data is stored on the app and works even without the internet. If the connection is lost, scanning is still carried out and automatically synchronized the next time you are online - including double scan detection.
Can I run my ticket shop under my own domain?
Yes. You connect your domain once (e.g. tickets.deinclub.ch), and the shop then runs under your name. Three ready-made layouts or a tailor-made one – you choose.
Are Apple Wallet and Google Wallet supported?
Yes. Tickets end up directly in your guests’ cell phones. If there are changes, the passes update automatically - without the guest having to open anything again.
